I've thought about try- outs, but we only can do that when we have the server. It's an easy way to recruit good people.
But how we give try-outs ?

I think that if some1 wants to join we tell him that he can be trial 1-2 weeks and then all members vote for or against him.

That sounds good, an trial for 1 week. But then he needs to play in a server. He needs to tell us. I suspect SAW Beginners Xp save or rt.xp save.

I think that there should be opportunity to ask personal try out necose maybe everyone cant get here at recruiting time i promise that i could give personal times...
