Pm is to be sure. In allot of clans it is not allowd to recruit there, if you do recruit they will kick you.
That is why send pm then nobody can see it.

5/1 is pretty hard if the server is full of experienced players, aimbotters, or panzer noobs, lol. Also, different maps can yield different results (Gold Rush for example is good for getting kills as a medic, while Seawall Battery can give field ops and engineers [if they use rifle grenade inside the main building] lots of easy kills). Plus, they may be able to get 100/1 on a server without people who know how to engage in combat properly while they may get 1/20 on a regular, balanced server. I think we should test them on an individual basis (have them face more than one TUT member; easier if we have our own server), to see if they are capable of working as a team, co-operating and following instructions, efficient with many weapons, and know standard movement skills.

ok i thought too that 5/1 is too hard and i thought 3/1 in easy server and hard server depends

But they can have 3/1 also when people are noobs, like you said Co.

Affirmative i agree no heavy wepons only at thompson pistol or granades(not at spawn) but if its very hard server that i get too like 25/10 i would accept maybe 2/1 it depends

Hmm we must get server fast i hope so but now i have been few times in that big FAG Clan server dont go there to recruit... There is really hard to see good player becose there are mass fights and i had only scores like 28/23 becose when i tried to play on my style there came 10 enemy at me and i shotted like 10 headshots and killed 2 but is was too much=)=)=)=)=)=)=)=)

Yes it depends on the strenght of the other players

If we want to see some one,

Noob enemy = 5/1
Avarage/good enemy = 3/1 (like we have now)
Verry good = 1/2

against very good maybe only 1/1 or 1/2, lol (like in the scrim against rT, )

exept shooting its important to do extra work(like engeenering , i think write this) when someone is med and his got 50/11 and dont heal anyone... yes they are players like that...
